Can you sell over the phone?

We are a growing printing company located in Belleville Ontario and we are looking for a skilled Telephone Sales Agent to join our team.

Our products are of the highest quality, are in high demand and we save our customers an average of 15% or more versus their current suppliers.  Our product offerings are unmatched and we offer 300,000+ printing solutions including offset printing, banking products, retail packaging, printers and supplies, promotional products, signage, labels, graphic design services and more.  We offer high stock levels, fast turnaround times and we provide drop shipping throughout Ontario.

We are looking for someone that has experience working with customers over the phone.  The Telephone Sales Agent will be responsible for making a high volume of outbound sales calls to prospective customers with-in a given territory and tracking their results in our in-house CRM program.

You must have a positive attitude, a high energy level, have great communication skills, be well organized and be comfortable using a computer and the internet.  Experience with prospecting, social media and internet marking is a definite asset.

This is a work from home position and requires a good working computer with a solid internet connection, a telephone with a long distance plan and a quiet working area.  There is a 2 week training period that will take place at our Belleville office.  Upon completing our training program you will solely work from your home office.

We will not price match bonus offers (ie. gift cards, percentage off, no tax, additional products). We do not price match limited quantities, clearance sales, close-outs, bankruptcies or special event (e.g. Boxing Day, Black Friday) sales. We do not price match typographical errors.

A price matched item must be supported by proof with manufacturer item or model number(s), the price must be a current advertised price (with-in 7 days) and the item must be sold from a Canadian supplier. We do not price match refurbished or demonstration/ demo items.

We must have the price matched item(s) in-stock to qualify. We will not price match any back ordered item(s).

An additional $10 for shipping will be added to all Price Matching orders.
